Do you charge any shipping costs?
No we offer free shipping on all orders within the UK.
Can I return my order if I am not happy?
Yes, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do that.
Is there any restocking fee?
No there isn't.
Can I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at info@veulora.com. Please do so as quickly as possible as we won't be able to cancel your order once it has been processed.
My order hasn't arrived in 9 working days, what should I do?
If you don't receive your order in 9 working days (Monday - Friday), just don't panic yet, occasional delays can occur due to many reasons, such as peak travel season, holidays, bad weather, etc... So please just wait additional 3 working days (Monday - Friday) and if you don't receive your order by then, please contact us at info@veulora.com and we will find out where the problem is.
