Shipping procedure
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. This means that we have started processing your order, which usually takes 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). When this is done, we will dispatch your order and send you another email with tracking information. You can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday). We offer free delivery on all orders within the UK.
Delays
You should receive your order in overall 6-9 working days (Monday - Friday). If you don't, just don't panic yet, occasional delays can occur due to many reasons, such as peak travel season, holidays, bad weather, etc... So please just wait additional 3 working days (Monday - Friday) and if you don't receive your order by then, please contact us at info@veulora.com and we will find out where the problem is.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at info@veulora.com. Please do so as quickly as possible as we won't be able to cancel your order once it has been processed.
Damaged or wrong items
Bad things can happen and you might receive damaged or wrong items. We are very sorry for this and do not worry, we will fix the issue. So when this happens, take photos of the issue and mail them to us at info@veulora.com. We will look into it and make sure that you get the correct non-damaged item.
