Return and Refund Policy

Return process

No matter the reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the items. Afterwards you won't be eligible for the return anymore. To begin with the return process, first contact us at info@veulora.com. Then you have to prepare the items to be return, make sure that you use the original packaging, all the items are in a new-like state, they are unworn, unused and all the tags are still attached. Then you can proceed with shipping the items to use. Please use a reliable shipping company that offers tracking, so that the package will not get lost. Just bear in mind, that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Refund

Once we receive your package we will carefully inspect it. When this is done, we will refund you on the original payment method used for the purchase. This may take up to 7 days so please be patient. We won't charge you any restocking fees.

Exchanges

Did you change your mind and want another item? Sure thing, no problem, as we accept exchanges. As always contact us first at info@veulora.com and explain what items you want to exchange and the reason for it. We will be happy to assist you and get you what you really want.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at info@veulora.com. Please do so as quickly as possible as we won't be able to cancel your order once it has been processed.

Damaged or wrong items

Bad things can happen and you might receive damaged or wrong items. We are very sorry for this and do not worry, we will fix the issue. So when this happens, take photos of the issue and mail them to us at info@veulora.com. We will look into it and make sure that you get the correct non-damaged item.
