2. Refunds

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

  • Offer a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Provide a full refund if a replacement is not available

Please include photos of the item and packaging for faster assistance.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

6. Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
